To register for Gifts: If you don’t want gifts, be sure to include a note on the invitation ‘No gifts please!’. But if you want, you had better to consider registering for others gifts. When your party registry can have no limit, opt for small to medium sized gifts or even cash/items for your engagement party registry.

To send Invitations: You should mail or email your invitations a little bit early before your party. If you have a theme, it is interested to associate that with your invitation.

To make a Menu: It is necessary to keep the menu simple and low-cost, sticking to the budget. If you host the party at a restaurant, make a smaller menu and comfirm with the restaurant in advance. If party is in your house, to provide a buffet or catered is always a good plan.
